Company a key distributor for Ultratech Cements in Mumbai and later acquired the distributorship for Gujarat Ambuja Cements in 1993, leading to significant growth. Mr. Tejas J. Vora joined in 1997 to enhance operations.
The group expanded its client base to include major real estate developers and introduced building products like AAC blocks and premix plaster in 2010. They launched the NOVA brand, symbolizing innovation, and are now also exploring the chemical industry and exports while leveraging strong marketing skills and goodwill.
